Urgent Medical Problems are dealt with as promptly as possible
Home visits are made when necessary.

After Hours Service
This Practice has a formal arrangement with Family Care Medical Services to provide after hours care. We encourage all patients to call the surgery number for after-hours care. If you are unable to get assistance please call.

Accounts
Auchenflower Family Practice has a private billing system. We do however charge reduced rates for pensioners and health card holders. We do bulk bill some patients. This is at the Doctors discretions. We bulk bill our Dept. of Veterans Affairs clients. We encourage payment on the day but allow a degree of flexibility dependant on patient circumstances.
